Founded by Richard Perez, a facilities and construction professional with experience overseeing 450,000+ sq. ft. of healthcare and commercial buildings, TPF brings a compliance-first, highly organized approach to every project.

With deep knowledge of DOB, FDNY, EPA, OSHA, SCA, and facility operations, TPF specializes in coordinating multiple trades and delivering projects with precision.
